straps are best used for deadlifts and rowing exercises to get that bit better grip around the bar so you don't have to worry about your grip slipping you can just focus on lifting.

how to use: if its a deadlift depending on your grip you will need to apply differently for over hand where your knuckles are facing up the strap will need to go the opposite way around the bar in order to wrench your grip around to make the strap tighter. underhand grip will mean you have to do the opposite as the strap will go over and around the bar before wrenching it around for a tighter grip.
